Grand Avenue Hove

Grand Avenue was the second phase of the successful Kings House Development. Following the grant of planning in 2019, Rego Property partnered with Southern Housing Group to deliver 100 new build apartments within the grounds of the Grade II listed Kings House building.

This phase of the development comprised two separate buildings, a 10 storey building fronting Grand Avenue and a 6 storey building fronting Second Avenue. The apartments were designed and specified by Rego Property and were delivered to Southern Housing Group on time and on budget in December 2022 delivering 72 shared ownership and 28 affordable rent properties to the city of Brighton and Hove.
