Holywell Business Park
Holywell Business Park was a strategic piece of land near the town of Southam, Warwickshire. The scheme was delivered in several phases over a 6 year period. Over that period, 30,000 square feet of industrial and 20,000 square feet of office was constructed and sold. Planning permission for a 30,000 square foot convenience store was also granted and the site sold to Tesco

Southam is a market town and civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire, England. Southam is situated on the River Stowe, which flows from Napton-on-the-Hill and joins Warwickshire's River Itchen at Stoneythorpe, just outside the town.
