Network Oxford

Network Oxford was a strategic piece of land purchased near Oxford. The scheme was delivered in several phases over a 5 year period. The site was a mixture of new build industrial, new build trade counter and part refurbishment industrial. All units were successfully let and sold.

Network Oxford was a hybrid Industrial Development that consisted of some new build Industrial Units, the refurbishment of a large 25,000 square foot shed and the construction of c. 38,000 square feet of Trade Counter Space. Proving both popular with both occupiers and investors Rego Property completed the Development in 2014.
