
The Queens Hotel
The Queens Hotel is a Grade II Listed Hotel located opposite the historic Southsea Common area of Portsmouth. Having undergone a significant refurbishment programme over the last number of years, this historic 4 star Hotel now proudly serves the residents of Southsea along with the many business and tourist visitors to Portsmouth. Rego Property have partnered with the Hotel owners to masterplan an exciting apartment development for the lands surrounding the Hotel. Working closely with the many stakeholders, Rego Property have developed plans for a high-end development of apartments across two buildings.
Detailed designs have been worked through over the course of 2024, and the team anticipate lodging a planning application for the site in Q2 2025.
