Rego Property purchased the site in 2012 which is located in close proximity to Portslade train station and the centre of Hove. It comprised a former car showroom which had planning consent for 9 unit townhouse development including a mix of two, three and four bed townhouses. Construction commenced in June 2013 and was fully completed and sold by the summer of 2014.

The location of the development, in close proximity to the train station with easy and regular access to both Brighton and London, proved very popular with buyers, as proven by the fact that all houses were sold off plan during the construction phase of the development
